A photo luminescence pigment is made of a ceramic material generated by firing at a high temperature. It does not emit radiation in normal use and has high safety as a non-stimulating pigment with its high chemical stability.

The pigment itself consists of mineral, and deterioration due to ultraviolet rays is not a concern. It has semi-permanent endurance as well as sufficient weather resistance, and can endlessly repeat absorption and emission of light.
